Our Story

We built Deja Vu to fix that. Every project starts with a Pre-Construction Inspection Schedule Chart that maps every required inspection to the construction timeline. Our deputy inspectors show up when the work is ready, verify it against the approved plans and deliver clear, signed reports your city inspector can rely on.
Today we serve owners, developers, architects, engineers and contractors across Los Angeles County from ADUs and soft-story retrofits to multifamily and commercial buildings.
